This product is pathetic. The specs mention that it's an orthopaedic mattress but in reality your spines get stuck once you sleep. The media could not be loaded. The mattres arrived it was too thin than our previous STD sleepwell mattress and shorter in size for a queens bed std size 75x60, this came in 72x60. We have been requesting for return. But SleepyHug says if seller approves they will revert. This has never been the case till now with SleepyHug return policy. The process is bad and unresponsive and mattress is taking all the space in bedroom and causing inconvenience. Recommend not to buy online just incase it doesn't fit and it looked very thick in the picture but actual size is thin and uncomfortable

It's soft and comfortable. It didn't give me a premium feel. It's meant for sleeping can not sit on it for long. It takes time to get use to it but worth the buy.

The product is 100% up to its specifications and descriptions on the SleepyHug page. But it is worth more than its cost. I wasn't aware about its market and brand value earlier. However, I spent some time searching on SleepyHug before buying this SleepyHug Queen Size 78x60x6 Ortho Spine X Mattress. Finally after receiving the item, I have a feeling now that I had taken the right decision and SleepyHug is surely going to be a leading bedding brand in the domestic market of the future. The real item is so picture perfect that I don't need to use my camera to take photographs of it.

Bought it for my wife as she has spondylitis problem but sleeping on it for one night only and my wife's spondylitis problem has increased. In the mattress there are only ordinary sponge. They are selling it with the tag of ortho mattress but it is not so. The mattress seller are faking with the customers.
