Orders are shipped once confirmed. For prepaid purchases, dispatch happens after payment receipt. Products are delivered only to serviceable PIN codes provided at checkout.
Title and ownership remain with SleepyHug until delivery. Any damage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility, except where covered by warranty, returns, or refunds. If an order is lost or damaged in transit due to SleepyHug or its logistics partner, we will assist in retrieval or replacement.
